Today was my last day at my Microsoft Internship! A bitter sweet ending. It will be really strange not looking out this window everyday and laughing with my office mates. I have experienced and learned so much during this summer but I can’t wait to get back to Chicago. ^^

The Warrior Dash this last August was a lot of fun, it got me to work hard and push for something I have never done before. It also got me to swim in mud XD

Opportunities come and go, it is up to you to realize what they are and take advantage of them. Sometimes you have to let them go by. Sometimes you are going to miss them, even before you realize they were ever there. But it will work out as long as you don’t sit back and just keep letting them fly by because of disappointment or regret. Get back up and grab your next opportunity.

I don’t like getting caught up in a mix of emotions, instead I like acting or doing something about what is going on. Guess that is why instead of being jealous I get competitive. 

Whenever my family goes on a road trip (basically once a year) we tend to find adventures where most people aren’t looking. For example, when we were road tripping to Texas we went through a mountainous region. During the drive we stopped by the viewing areas along the road, but the really cool find was a cliff on the opposite side of the road. We ended up climbing the cliff, playing around on it and even finding a more amazing view.

Basically any memory involving my family. I am closer to my family, than with anyone else and we have had so many amazing times together ^.^

One thing that really gets me is when people assume things about another person without getting the facts or enough information to create an educated inference. I mean seriously, what if someone saw you only do the worst thing you have done in your life and just assumed what kind of person you were from that. People make mistakes, they grow, they change. One action shouldn’t define anybody, ever.

The ease of getting and being close with others. There were a lot less lies and baggage when most of us were younger. Now he have lived a decent amount of our lives and there is a lot more that prevents people from getting close with others. It isn’t enough just to enjoy the same things to be close, you really have to get to know the other person and their past experiences. This is why I do my best to be interested in other individuals and their past. Because I really want to get to know others.

For one day? I think there is nothing that I would really hate to go without for one day…

Well, maybe happiness. I would hate to have an entire day that is filled with only sadness or despair.
